This was my very first condo purchase. The first service Duncan provided was finding me the right loan for the apartment that I wanted. I’m fiscally conservative so this whole process was extremely stressful, but Duncan asked for information, provided me details, options, what-ifs so that I felt confident enough to follow through the entire process rather than cut-and-run, which is my typical money-stress response.

Secondly, I try to read and understand everything given to me–which, in this case was considerable. I also ask questions as much as I can, and require a lot of explanation in very small words, and repetition of the explanation until things sink into my head. Duncan was patient and thorough.

Best loan officer I have ever worked with.

Between purchases, refinancing, and HELOC, I have done 7 loans in past 5 yrs, two of which were with Duncan. After doing this most recent loan with Duncan, I realized I have NO reason to do a loan with anyone else. He is extremely thorough, available, honest, experienced, explains the process, and even helped me work through frustrations of a concurrent loan with another loan officer (big mistake on my part – Duncan deserved to and should have had both loans). The two loans I’ve done with him were not easy – VA and jumbo non-owner occupied, yet he was able to work with us and the lender to close the loans in the manner we wanted/needed. Best loan officer I have worked with, hands down.
